The first creation is called „Exotic Roll“ and is a composition of sweet potatoes, coconut, passion fruit and a delicious muesli base. Exclusive. Surprised.
„Tarte au Chocolat et Framboises“ is tartlet number 2. The finest chocolate shortcrust pastry, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cream with crunchy nuts on a fine bed of raspberries, topped with delicious cream.

The crowning glory is the „Apple Bomb“. It contains the concentrated power of apple and cranberry in a delicate mousse on a delicate, gluten-free buckwheat base. Yummy!
