Whether savory or sweet - freshly baked croissants, warm and fragrant on the breakfast table, make you happy! In this very special course, I will tell you how the light and easy breakfast companions succeed, which fillings can be prepared in no time at all and what else French cuisine has to offer in terms of the finest breakfast pastries!

As the most important discipline you will make a real croissant dough, i.e. you will give your dough all the kneading it needs to get the wonderfully flaky consistency. Under professional guidance you will learn step by step everything that needs to be taken into account, such as resting times, cooking times and the various techniques for shaping the baked goods. These include the famous classics such as croissants, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, almond croissants, ham and cheese croissants, croissants noir blanc and croissant muffins.

Tasting together with a delicious coffee is of course part of the crowning glory of the baking event. You can take your other delicious pastries home in a box.

Learning content:

- Making a basic French croissant dough and chocolate dough

- give the dough different tours ("touring")

- Perfect rolling out of butter and dough

- Making different fillings

- Correct wrapping technique for croissants, almond croissants, ham and cheese croissants and croissant muffins

- Fill and roll the delicious "Pain aux raisins"

- Filling and rolling of "Pain au chocolat"

- everything about the correct "cooking, resting and baking time" and the right "baking temperature"

- Raw materials and product knowledge

- Joint tasting of the different pastries

And whatever is left over, the guest takes home in a box :-)
